Startop Labradors Puppy Questionnaire
We are very selective of whom we sell a dog to. If you would like to be considered for one of our puppies or adults, please take the time to complete this questionnaire I have designed in order help me get to know you better and to make sure our puppies will go to responsible and loving homes.
If some of the questions seem rather personal, I apologize but it's the only way I can get to know about the home you can provide, which is very important to me.
Please cut and paste this page to an email, fill in your answers with as much detail as possible and I will get back to you promptly. Your answers will also help me to place exactly the right puppy for your family with you!

Thank you for investing this time in your search for
a new puppy.
Remember
- no matter who you choose to adopt your new puppy from, make sure they
are a reputable breeder (not just in the business of selling dogs for
profit) and that the parents have the minimum health
clearances (OFA certified Hips and Elbows, CERF eyes, and at least one parent is Optigen Normal/Clear)
PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM A PET STORE!!!!!!!
Pet store puppies, no matter what the sales people tell you, ALL come from PUPPY MILLS. No responsible breeder would EVER allow one of their puppies to be sold at a pet store. No exceptions! Ever.
